Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective or not functioning properly
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from its description
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- It must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selected by the customer
- Minor variations in color due to screen differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Items used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging
Return Process
Contact our support team with your order number
Provide photo/video proof of the issue.
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will provide return instructions (if return is required).
In some cases, you may not need to return the item and will receive a partial or full refund.
Refund Policy
Once approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After supplier processing begins, cancellation is not guaranteed.
Missing Or Late Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
Then contact us if the issue remains
Damaged During Shipping & Delivery Time
If your product arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging
- Take clear photos immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours
We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue.
Fraud Prevention
If any Fraud Are identified that return and refund are not acceptable for that time .
